Insurance and Payment Policies
As a traditional fee-for-service dental office, we work with any conventional dental insurance company. We are happy to file your insurance claims or send in a pre-estimate for your treatment.
In Network
Our PPO memberships include the following:- Cigna - In Network Provider
- Delta Dental - Premier Dentist
- Blue Cross Blue Shield - most plans including Federal Government Employees and DNOA
- Ask about yours - others may be added in the future.
Out of Network
Even if we are not in your network, we feel that we can provide a valuable service for you, often without a big out of pocket expense. ^. Most insurance plans fully cover (i.e. pay at or near 100%) for preventative services including dental exams, cleanings, x-rays. We treat many patients with many different insurance plans.
Payment Options

- Credit Cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express
- Health Care Reimbursement Accounts (i.e. Flex Spending Accounts)
- CareCredit - provides payment plans and financing for any dental treatment including necessary procedures like root canals and cosmetic procedures like whitening, veneers, dental implants, and more.
For procedures, which are only partially covered by insurance, we ask our patients to pay a 20% initial payment. Whether you have insurance or not, we will be happy to discuss payment options at your first visit.
