Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you. If you can't make the appointment, we appreciate as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours. We are aware that unexpected circumstances sometimes require last minute cancellations. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, we may charge you an additional fee.

Out of Office Hours

When the office is not open, calls are forwarded to voice mail that is monitored regularly. Please call 630-393-4600 to leave a message. Be sure to leave:

  • Your name
  • Phone number where you can be reached
  • The nature of the call. Please let us know if it is an emergency or not
For emergencies, Dr. Tripp will return your call as soon as he's available. For non-emergency calls, your concerns will be addressed the next day that the office is open.

Insurance and Payment

We will help you work with your insurance company.

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. We also provide credit through the Care Credit system.

Most insurance plans cover exams, cleanings and X-rays at close to 100 percent.  We request a minimum of 20 percent at the time of treatment for other services. We will be happy to discuss payment plans with you.
